In 2003, Mazda chose to call its lineup of compact pickup trucks by the simple name Mazda Truck. And while that title was as straight-forward as they come, it was perhaps lacking a little in terms of inventiveness.
To relieve this, the makers at Mazda went back to the original title: the B- Series. One thing they didn’t change with the truck was the principles that have made it a formidable model in the class for years—affordability, ruggedness and comfort.
The Mazda B- Series shares a similar design with the Ford Ranger. Like the Ranger, the B- Series is offered in a vast array of models that give customers plenty of configurations and price ranges to choose from.
